YOU SPEND 40 HOURS AT WORK OR SCHOOL, 14 HOURSAT THE GYM, 56 HOURS SLEEPING.
THAT MEANS YOU STILL HAVE 58 HOURSLEFT TO USE. DON’T WASTE THAT TIME, USE IT WISELY.
