DON’T DO WORK 24/7. DAILY EXERCISE AND HEALTHY FOOD IS ALSO IMPORTANT.

CHECK THE ANALOGY:

IF YOU ARE DOING WORK 12 HOURS A DAY (NORMAL FOR AN INVESTOR) AND NOT DOING EXERCISE BECAUSE OF THIS, YOU BECOME ILL 2 DAYS IN A MONTH(NORMAL)

THIS MEANS 24 HOURS IN A MONTH GOT WASTED.

2ND APPROACH:

4 WEEKS IN A MONTH,

6 DAYS EXERCISE IN A WEEK,

1 HOUR EXERCISE PER DAY

24 HOURS EXERCISE IN A MONTH


DECISION IS YOUR:

24 HOURS EXERCISE IN A MONTH

OR 24 HOURS WASTE BECAUSE OF ILLNESS

(BECAUSE DAILY EXERCISE CAN PREVENT MANY DISEASES).
