   Man’s Search for Meaning is a 1946 book by Viktor Frankl chronicling his experiences as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps during World War II, and describing his psychotherapeutic method, which involved identifying a purposein life to feel positive about, and then immersively imagining that outcome. 

   Habits 1, 2, and 3 are focused on self-mastery and moving from dependence to independence. Habits 4, 5, and 6 are focused on developing teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills, and moving from independence to interdependence. Habit 7 is focused on continuous growth and improvement and embodies all the other habits.

  Thinkand Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill examines the psychological power of thought and the brain in the process of furthering your career for both monetary and personal satisfaction. Originally published in 1937, this is one of the all-time self-help classics and a must read for investors and entrepreneurial types.


    The core idea is that you can change other people’s behavior simply by changing your own. It teaches you the principles to better understand people, become a more likable person,improve relationships, win others over, and influence behavior through leadership.

        The 10X Rule says that 1) you should set targets for yourself that are 10X greater than what you believe you can achieve and 2) you should take actions that are 10X greater than what you believe are necessary to achieve your goals. The biggest mistake most people make inlife is not setting goals high enough.



           Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One (2012) by Dr. Joe Dispenza is a self-help book about shaking off negativity and using meditation to effect positive change. Many people don’t realize how much their mental life directs their physical experience of the world.

      The compound effect is the strategy of reaping huge rewards from small, seemingly insignificant actions. Small choices +consistency + time = significant results. Tony Robbins’ no man’s land concept is when you’re not really happy about your life, but you’re not unhappy enough to do anything about it.
